ManuLine specialises in manufacturing custom-built handling carts. These wheeled containers – used either individually or in a train configuration – optimise the transfer of loads from a point A to point B. Optional extras are generally offered to improve ease of use and user comfort, such as the addition of shelves, a rotating or tilting base, sides or a non-slip base.

Custom-built trolley train

Our teams recently supplied a leading climate control and ventilation equipment manufacturer with a train featuring 2 to 5 specific bases, amounting to a total of over 70 trolleys.

The first type of base was specifically designed to optimise transportation of panels of different sizes and weights. Each cart can transport several panels on one and the same run. Each panel is transferred individually to a custom-built transfer trolley and subsequently picked up via a suction gripper before being dropped off at a specific workstation.

Our design office also designed trolleys with the capability to transport specific parts in dedicated containers.

Specific traction tyres make the train suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
